So, if you decided to pamper guests and homemade cakes and chose our "Miracle" for this, start with the preparation of the cake. For them you will need:
- 60 grams of good butter;
- A few tablespoons of sugar, depending on how sweet, in your opinion, should be cakes;
- 2 tablespoons of natural honey;
- 3 whipped eggs;
- 2 tsp. Baking soda;
- 3-3.5 cups of sifted wheat flour.
Having prepared the ingredients, you can take on the dough itself. Cake "Miracle", more precisely, its cakes, are prepared from a custard.
How to make a cake dough
This is not all - the pan should once again be put on a water bath, for about 4 minutes, and heated, continuously stirring. Eggs should not be brewed - otherwise you will get a sweet omelet, and prepare the cake "Miracle" will have to start again. After the indicated 4 minutes, add soda into the mixture - the viscous liquid will increase in volume. This is a normal reaction, continue to interfere with your future dough, until the mass in the pan is increased by a factor of 3 times.
After pour 2 cups of flour into it and brew the dough very fast. If you see that it is too thin, add about half a glass of flour. And remove the pan from the fire. But this is not a dough for the Miracle cake. The final stage will be the following: pour a glass of flour on the table, after it put the brewed mass out of the pan and mix it thoroughly. The consistency of the dough should be smooth and elastic. Now roll it into a thick sausage, cut into 6-7 equal parts. These are blanks for future cakes.

A little tip: if you want the edges of the dessert to be even, trim them. This should be done as soon as you remove the shape from the oven: take a plate of a suitable diameter, put it back on the cake and trim its edges. Thus, your cake will be beautiful and very smooth. The remaining trimming can be ground or crushed into a crumb and used to decorate the dessert.
Classic Cream Cream: Ingredients
So, the best cream for "Miracle" is considered custard, although, guided by your taste, you can make both sour cream and a simple cream of condensed milk and butter. For the custard you will need:
- A glass of sugar-sand;
- one egg;
- A tablespoon of flour;
- a glass of milk;
- A pack (250 grams) of soft butter;
- Half a glass of warm sour cream (ie the one that is not just from the refrigerator);
- Vanillin to taste.
So, the ingredients are ready, the cakes cool or are still baked in the oven. Approximately 20 minutes you will go to prepare the cream.
Cream for "Miracle": custard and delicious
When the first small bubbles appear, remove the dishes from the fire. The cream you brewed, now it needs to be cooled to room temperature, add a soft oil to the mass. Stir, and then beat with a mixer or blender until smooth. After a couple of minutes add the sour cream, whisk again for a couple of minutes. The cream is ready. It can be spread on cakes.
Assembling and decorating the cake
Also, as we have already mentioned, the cake can be decorated with crushed scraps from the cakes - sprinkle them with the top and sides of the product. The best way to do this is if you take a few crumbs into your hands and will "clap" them to a dessert. Of course, the sides are also coated with cream. Also in summer, many decorate the top with fresh fruits - beautifully look strawberries, kiwi, orange slices or fresh berries.
