Delicious ravioli: what is this dish?
Sooner or later, any hostess asks the question: "Ravioli - what is this?" This is an Italian dish, and, as you know, cooking there is akin to art. Even people far from the kitchen can not remain indifferent, having tried even a small part of the dishes filled with delicious aromas of herbs. Ravioli is one of the most popular dishes. They are common in every region of Italy. Surely everyone has already prepared pasta, dumplings or vareniki, so you will not have much difficulty in making ravioli. What is it? Some consider them Italian dumplings, others believe that it is such a kind of pasta. And still others think that these are vareniki. Between all these opinions there is something in common: this dish, where a thin dough is filled with various fillings. In their quality, you can use anything: vegetables, meat, cream cheese, cottage cheese or seafood. To turn them into the most delicious dessert, it's enough to add something sweet: cherry, raspberry, pears or chocolate.
When deciding to make ravioli, start with the dough. First, ventilate the kitchen, because the room should be cool. Pour two hundred grams of flour into a bowl, break a couple of eggs there, sprinkle a little, add about a tablespoon of olive oil. Stir until smooth. Then lay it on the table and knead another fifteen minutes. This stage of cooking can be entrusted to men. Finish the dough wrap with a film and put in the refrigerator for half an hour.
