  • Garlic fresh - 2 heads;
  • Seeds of coriander, caraway, fennel, salt and ground pepper (black).

Technology of preparation

Dishes from pork ribs are prepared quickly. In this recipe, you must first mix the minced garlic with pepper, salt and other spices, honey, oils and soy sauce. Required products:

Technology of preparation

Chop the ribs into pieces. In a frying pan heat a spoonful of oil (at maximum heat). Put the honey. As soon as the mixture boils, place a portion of the ribs in it. Fry from all sides. Should appear a crust. Get the first portion and lay the second one. In the frying pan, after the frying, there will be fat, it needs to save the chopped onions. Cut the ribs into a saucepan or pot. Fill with broth (vegetable or meat). Put the container on a small fire and simmer until the meat has softened. After half an hour of cooking in a pot, put onions and finely chopped apple. Add salt and pepper. After 10 minutes, pour the cream. Remove the lid and evaporate the excess liquid at a high fire level (the sauce should become thick). Do not forget to stir, otherwise everything can burn. If you use milk, then thicken the sauce with several spoons of flour. Dishes from pork ribs: meat for a beer party

Required products:

  • Ribs of pork weighing about a kilogram;
  • A couple tablespoons of liquid honey;
  • Grated ginger;
  • Spoon of sweet paprika, ground chili and salt.

Technology of preparation

Chop the ribs, put them in a bowl and add the spices. Stir, then smear them with honey. Marinate for 6 hours. Then put it on a baking sheet, anointed with oil. Place the oven down and turn on the double grill function (or maximum power). Bake meat for 20 minutes on each side. As soon as the ribs blush, remove and serve to the table.
