  • Cherry fresh dark (take only pitted) - about 450 g (or 2 cups);
  • Milk cow high fat content - approximately 250 ml;
  • Cherry liqueur or any cognac - 30 ml (or 3 large spoons);
  • Butter - use to lubricate the mold;
  • Flour sifted - a little (about 25 g);
  • Powdered sugar - about 150 g + a little for powdering;
  • Eggs (fresh, large) - 4 pcs.

Cooking method

For the preparation of such goodies use only fresh cherries. It is well washed and peeled. After that, the berry is put in a heat-resistant form, which is pre-lubricated with butter. In this form, the cherry is sent to the oven, heated to 180 degrees. While the product is baked (about 10-15 minutes), proceed to prepare the remaining components.

If you want to make a delicious and delicate dessert as soon as possible, we recommend using a ready-made puff pastry for this. From this basis, you can bake completely different products. However, we recommend preparing cherry envelopes. For this we may need the following products:

  • Dough puff pastry (ready-made, purchased in the store) - 1 pack;
  • Cherry (only fresh) pitted - apply at your discretion;
  • Potato starch - about 3 large spoons;
  • Sugar is large - apply at discretion;
  • Wheat flour - used for rolling dough;
  • Powdered sugar, ground cinnamon - 3 large spoons.

How to cook?

To prepare this dessert, you should first prepare the filling. Fresh cherries without pits are placed in a deep bowl, and then poured large sugar and potato starch. Mixing all the ingredients, get a pretty thick berry stuffing.

To get a more delicious and beautiful dessert from cherry, we recommend using a pitted berry. If it was frozen, then it should be thawed and drained some of the juice. If you do not, your dessert will turn out to be too watery.
