Whatever your schedule, do not forget to give a full rest to your body. During sleep, the cells are restored, the body rests, thoughts are put in order. It's not for nothing that students are recommended to spend the last 24 hours after resting their exams before the exams are taken, and a full-fledged dream is its integral part.

The habit of sleeping a little can adversely affect your health. It is especially important to form a clear sleep regime. This means that you need to teach yourself to fall asleep and wake up at about the same time. Then the body will adapt to the schedule, and waking up in the morning will not be a torture, but a pleasant start to the day.

If you keep your sleep regime, but it becomes harder for you to fall asleep or wake up, then perhaps this is due to stress. It does not have to be some sad event that happened in life, or complexity at work. Positive stress (marriage, the birth of a child, the purchase of an apartment or car) can also negatively affect the quality of sleep.

In order to improve the situation, it is recommended to take a bath before bathtime with the addition of essential oils: lavender, chamomile or any other soothing oil.

It is possible that you should install soundproof windows in the bedroom, as it is done in the hotel "Helvetia". You will immediately feel the difference and you can enjoy the silence, which will favorably affect your health.

Try to replace the usual pillow with a pillow from another material. If you always slept on soft - try hard, and vice versa. It can be removed altogether if you feel comfortable.

Before going to bed it is not recommended to sit too long on the Internet and before watching TV. Your eyes are overextended, and if you sit too long in front of the screen, it can be bad for your eyesight. To sleep well, before going to bed, you can read a book or look through a magazine, no technology before your eyes.

A good remedy before going to bed is a glass of hot milk with honey and cinnamon. This is also an effective way for sore throats - milk and honey soften the throat, so the probability of waking up at night from a cough tends to zero.
