Delicious and easy-to-prepare manicure on milk

Many believe that the mannik on milk is a purely childish delicacy, and in vain. This dessert is also suitable for adults, because of its simplicity (this includes the way of cooking and the necessary ingredients), it can be prepared for guests who suddenly arrive, and also make them happy and bake them for the morning or evening tea drinking.

And thanks to the fact that the basis of this pie is semolina and milk, it can be an excellent alternative to semolina porridge, which is sure to please children. To give such a pie from semolina can be given to children, starting from one year. After all, its composition includes simple components that do not cause allergies, but it turns out to be airy and gentle.

Manicure on milk.

This is one of the simplest recipes. Its advantage over the others is that it is perfect for the smallest sweet tooth.

Ingredients. One glass of milk and semolina, a little butter, half a cup of sugar, two eggs, vanillin, half a teaspoon of soda, salt.

Preparation. We take deep dishes, pour milk into it and cover the semolina, mix it. Separately beat eggs with salt, sugar and vanillin, the resulting mixture is added to the milk with a manga, we mix everything well. We leave the mass for half an hour in order to swell semolina. When this happens, add the soda to the test.

We smear the form in which the mannik on milk will be baked, butter. We put the dough into it and send it to the preheated oven. At 180 degrees, bake the cake for about half an hour. Readiness can be determined by a golden, delicious crust and piercing the pie itself with a toothpick.

For the same recipe, you can prepare manicure on sour milk. For this, fresh milk is replaced with sour milk, leaving all other ingredients the same. The process and the cooking conditions remain the same as in the recipe described above.

The cake of semolina is festive.

Ingredients. One glass of flour, semolina, sugar, fruit yogurt or kefir, 200 grams. Cottage cheese and butter, one package of baking powder, two eggs, vanillin, salt. If desired, candied fruits or cherries without seeds.

Preparation. In a deep bowl, fall asleep ladle, pour in yogurt or kefir, mix and leave for 15-25 minutes, to swell the croup. We beat eggs in a separate bowl with salt, sugar and vanillin. Flour sift and mix with baking powder. After the semolina is swollen, we put pre-melted butter and ground cottage cheese to it. The resulting mass is beaten with a mixer. Do not stop whipping, add eggs and gradually add flour. Thoroughly mix and put in the dough candied fruits or cherries.

We heat the oven, we put the baking dish in parchment, oiled, and pour the dough into it. We bake mannik for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees.

Prepared in this way mannik, you can eat like a pie, and you can make a cream for it and turn it into a cake. Not bad to such baking cream from sour cream or fruit yoghurt with addition of any fruit or berries will approach.

Preparing this cream is simple: sour cream is beaten with sugar, if desired, a little vanillin is added. Yoghurt cream can be prepared in two ways. The first is just to beat it with sugar. The second - involves, in addition to yogurt and sugar, the availability of gelatin and fruits or berries. Gelatin is dissolved on a steam bath in a small amount of water, yogurt is slightly heated (quite a bit), fruits or berries with a blender must be turned into a puree. All this is well mixed, not forgetting to add sugar.

With a ready cream, we spread the cakes, decorate them with fruits, berries, candied fruits and send them to the refrigerator for a few hours.

Regardless of which mannik you cook - mannik on milk, kefir or yogurt, it will be much tastier if you add dried apricots, raisins, prunes, candied fruits, nuts, chocolate, cocoa, lemon zest, fruits, berries to the dough. It all depends on your imagination and desires. Experiment!
