Add salt and pepper. Now the pieces need to roll in flour and fry until half cooked. Then put the chicken in a high bowl (the one in which you will then continue cooking the dish).

Prune thoroughly under warm running water. Pour it with hot water (or better - with boiling water) and let stand a little to make the berries swell, and you could easily remove the bones from them. When you remove all the bones, transfer the prunes to the chicken.

Peel the onion and gently slice it with thin rings or half rings. Fry it until golden in sunflower oil and also shift to the chicken and prunes.

Now it's time to start nuts. They need to be cleaned (however, it is better if you buy peeled nuts, because in this case you can be sure of their freshness and quality). Grind them and fry them in vegetable oil. The signal to the fact that the nuts are fried, will become augmentation of the nut smell. After hearing this smell, add cream and spices to the nuts to the chicken. Stir everything and let it boil. Immediately after boiling, pour the mixture with the chicken. Stirring is not necessary. Tightly close the dishes with chicken lid or foil and send to a preheated oven and leave there for half an hour. The temperature should be around two hundred degrees. The prepared dish should thicken. Before serving, sprinkle with fresh herbs.

This is suitable for almost any garnish - potatoes, rice, vegetables. Chicken with prunes, cooked in this way, it turns out to be surprisingly tender and delicious. Dish in a measure fat and juicy. Well, if after you get the dish out of the oven, you let it stand a little, so that the chicken is better soaked in sauce. By the way, instead of seasoning for chicken, you can use garlic and ground pepper, some prefer a bouillon cube.

Now we offer you a holiday recipe - chicken with prunes and dried apricots. Do you know what makes it unusual and solemn? A highlight is that the chicken needs to be filled with champagne. Chicken with prunes and dried apricots soaked in such a "sauce" and will become tender and juicy. Ingredients: one chicken, several cloves of garlic, salt and pepper, cinnamon, three apples, buckwheat, onions, prunes and dried apricots, champagne.

Grind (or even pass through the garlick) cloves of garlic and chicken them with chicken. Also use for rubbing salt, pepper and cinnamon.

Slightly fry a handful of buckwheat in a dry skillet without oil, and then throw it into the water and cook it. Salt and pepper the porridge, add apples in it, cut into four parts. Peel the onion and cut into slices. Slightly fry in vegetable oil. Carrot sodium and fry too. Add onion and carrots in buckwheat porridge. There also put pre-steamed dried apricots and prunes, this mixture is filled with chicken. Add the bay leaf and a little cloves or fragrant pepper. Gently sew a chicken. Put it in a deep dish and fill it with champagne so that it almost covers the carcass. Stew the chicken in a preheated oven under the lid for about forty minutes.
