Delicious and beautiful cheese cake "House"
Cottage cheese cake "Domik" is prepared surprisingly easily and quickly. After all, this dessert does not require heat treatment, as well as expensive products. This dish is ideal for a children's holiday or a regular tea party with family or friends.
How to make a cottage cheese cake "House" of cookies
Necessary ingredients:
- Dry biscuits of the type "Jubilee" - 500 g;
- Curd fine-grained non-acidic - 500 g;
- Dried apricots - 140 g;
- Powdered sugar - 1 part glass;
- Dark chocolate without fillers - 1 tile or 100 g;
- Whole hazelnut fried - 160 g;
- Milk fresh 2% - 270 ml;
- Butter - 40 g.
The process of preparing dessert
To cottage cheese cake "House" turned out beautiful, it is recommended to form on food film. To do this, it should be spread on a large cutting board. Then you need to take 12 pcs. Cookies, dip them into fresh 2% milk and stand literally for a couple of seconds. If the sweet product is soaked too much, it will immediately fall apart, and the preparation of the dessert will be postponed until a new bundle of the product is purchased.
Curd cake "Domik" in its standard version has a size of 3 to 4 biscuits. It is in this order that a sweet product, soaked in milk, should be put on food film. Next, you need to coat the resulting "cake" curd mass. It can be purchased ready-made, but we decided to do it ourselves.
Process of preparation of a cream
To prepare milk cream, it is required to whip the fine-grained cottage cheese with a blender, gradually adding sugar powder to it. To cake cottage cheese "House" turned out more flavorful and satisfying, in the finished mixture should also add dried apricots. To do this, dried fruits must be soaked in boiling water, thoroughly washed, and then grind to a gruel with a meat grinder or blender. After that, the sweet orange mass should be put in cottage cheese and mix everything thoroughly.
Thus, the previously prepared "cake" of biscuits requires a thick layer of cream cheese cream. Repeat this procedure must be exactly 3 times. In other words, you should get 3 layers of cookies, generously greased with sweet mass. After that, on the middle part of the "cake" it is required to lay out a whole roasted hazelnut, and then raise the end products with a film and form a kind of "house".
Decoration of dessert
To make the cake look more attractive, it must be covered with sweet glaze. For this, it is required to melt the dark chocolate along with the butter, and then pour the resulting mass all over the dessert. Its surface is also recommended to decorate with whole or crushed hazelnuts.
The final stage in the preparation and feeding to the table
When the cottage cheese cake "House" will be fully decorated, it is required to place it in a cold store together with the cutting board. There, the dessert should well congeal and absorb the sweet curd cream, becoming more gentle, soft and juicy. After the cake is fixed, it must be removed and carefully moved from the food film to the cake or a large flat dish. Next, the sweet product should be cut into portions and served with hot tea.
