Cottage cheese pie with apples. In order to bake such a wonderful pie, we need 250 grams of flour, 2 eggs, 200 grams of sugar, 300 grams of cottage cheese (I prefer fatty, it has a pleasant creamy taste), a pinch of vanillin, a packet of sour cream, hydrated soda, a pinch of vanillin and salt . For the filling we need three apples of any kind, sugar.

First we prepare the dough. Whisk the sugar, salt and eggs thoroughly, add a pinch of vanillin. Cottage cheese we lay out in eggs, we beat. Then add the sour cream and whisk again until the air mass is obtained. Gradually introduce flour and knead thick dough. Apples are cleaned and we remove the core, cut with beautiful lobules.

Form for baking pie grease with vegetable oil, lay out 2/3 of the test. Top with apples, sprinkle with sugar and cover with the remaining dough. The cake is baked for about half an hour. Then we prepare the filling. Cottage cheese we pass through a strainer, add sugar, eggs and whisk with a mixer. Then, the resulting curd mass gently spread on the dough, top covered with blueberries. Bake in a preheated oven for half an hour. We remove the prepared pie, let it cool. Then sprinkle abundantly with powdered sugar, and on top of the powder left with a blueberry spread the name of the child, it just will not stand. Such a pie, as well as a cottage cheese pie with apples, is perfect for a family tea party.

By the way, for a change, you can prepare a roll with a sweet filling. I "made" a curd roll with apples. So, in order to prepare the "right" dough for our roll, we need a glass of sugar, 4 eggs and 400 grams of flour. In fact, it's a biscuit dough, because only a biscuit turns out to be accurately wrapped with rolls.
