Cake with blueberries

Such baking is sure to please every member of the family and will definitely benefit the body.

Blueberry cake (open)

Ingredients. For the test: flour (260-300 gr), low-fat cottage cheese (200 g), one egg, butter (200 g), almonds, salt. For the filling: blueberries (400-500 gr), fat (20%) sour cream (500 g), yolks (6 pcs.), Sugar (200 g), vanilla sugar.

Preparation. Almond a little fry and grind with a blender, add cottage cheese and mix it. The resulting almond-curd mass from the blender is poured into pre-sifted flour on the table, here we cut small pieces of oil and podsalivaem. All the ingredients are cut using a large knife into small crumbs. We make from the received weight a hill with a depression, into which we drive an egg. We knead the dough, which should turn out to be very gentle, but not liquid. The consistency of the test is corrected with flour. We roll it into a layer and lay it on the baking dish, while making the edges, punch the lined dough with a fork and place it on the freezer for half an hour. The process of kneading the dough and putting it into a mold should occur very quickly, so that the oil does not melt completely.

In a bowl, spread sour cream, sugar, vanilla sugar, yolks. All carefully mix and spread the resulting mass on the cooled dough. From above evenly lay out the berries of blueberries. We bake a cake with bilberries at 180 degrees for about an hour. Preheating the oven.

Blueberry cake (closed)

Ingredients. Oil (150 grams), sour cream (1 tbsp.), Egg (1 pc.), Sugar (1 tbsp.), Baking powder, flour (2 tbsp.), Blueberries (1 tbsp.), Vanillin.

Preparation. In a large bowl, beat the egg and a half cup of sugar, add sour cream here. Separately, melt the butter and lightly cool it, then add to the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Flour sift and mix with baking powder, pour into a bowl and knead the dough. In its structure, the dough should be of medium density, elastic, do not stick to the hands. The necessary consistency can be achieved by reducing or increasing the amount of flour.

The mixed dough is divided in half. Each of the two parts is rolled into a circle, the size of which should be 5-6 cm larger than the shape in which the blueberry pie will be baked. The bottom of the form is covered with special paper for baking, we lay out a circle of dough on it, making bows. We fall asleep it mixed with 5 tbsp. Spoons of sugar and vanilla. On top, we lay the second circle of the dough, we cut the edges of both layers. Bake cake with blueberries for an hour in a preheated oven at medium temperature.

Ready to serve the pie when it cools down, if desired, powder can be sprinkled with sugar powder.
