Coffee cake - original and divinely delicious

Coffee cake with walnuts

Products you will need:

  • 175 grams of pancake flour;
  • 250 grams of butter;

  • One and a half teaspoons of baking powder.

Recipe:

2. Next, prepare the coffee mixture. Take two tablespoons of coffee soluble and two tablespoons of boiling water. The resulting mixture is added to the dough. There we put walnuts. We divide the dough into two parts.

3. Heat the oven to 180 degrees. We take two detachable forms about twenty centimeters in diameter.

4. We spread the dough into shapes and bake in the oven for about 30 minutes. After the cakes are ready, you need to take them out and leave them in forms for five minutes, and then take them out.

5. While the cakes cool down, you can whip 75 grams of creamy butter with Mascarpone cheese and one teaspoon of coffee dissolved in boiling water. Water should be added just enough to allow coffee to dissolve, and no more. Next, pour the powdered sugar and mix everything well.

6. Take half of the resulting cream and lubricate them with one cake. We lay out the second cake and lubricate the remaining cream.

7. We decorate our cake with nuts.

Coffee-chocolate cake with whipped cream

Necessary ingredients for the test:

  • 200 grams of chocolate;

  • Three tablespoons of cocoa;

Method of cake preparation:

6. When the cake is ready, you need to let it cool and then cut it. In this case, it is necessary that the lower cake is somewhat thicker than the upper one.

7. Take the lower cake and spread it on the cooked dish. Then set the edge.

Cooking the cream.

1. First you need to whip cold cream, powdered sugar and fixer. The resulting mass is divided into two parts.

2. A cake that is smaller, crumbly, add coffee with cream and half of whipped cream. We mix everything well. In the same mass, pour in cognac, grated chocolate and mix again.

3. We put the cream on the first cake. If desired, the cake can be sipped with a little syrup.

4. On top of the cream put half the remaining cream and level.

5. When the cake has cooled, it is necessary to remove it from the mold.

6. Sprinkle the cake center and decorate the center of the cake.
