Zucchini is easily absorbed by the body, it is supplied with a huge amount of vitamins and organic acids. You can cook them at any time of the year - today we will do it. To prepare zucchini marinated with instant eating, you will need the following set of ingredients:

- a kilogram of zucchini;

- a bunch of dill;

- garlic (7 denticles);

- acetic essence (10 g), salt to taste, black pepper;

- vegetable oil (glass).

Before you cook marinated zucchini without sterilization, you need to properly marinate the vegetables in a special sauce. In a deep dish, pour the indicated amount of vinegar and vegetable oil, to the mixture, send the pepper, salt and squeezed garlic.

Vegetables are washed, cut into very thin plates and put into a marinated sauce for half an hour. Dill should be finely chopped and sprinkled with zucchini, the finished mass is removed in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours. Fast pickled marrows with honey and mint

Ingredients: fresh zucchini (700 g), honey (50 g), garlic (3 cloves), vegetable oil (10 g), mint (4 twigs), wine vinegar (20 g), salt.

Rinse the vegetables with mugs, add them to a cup and lightly salt. Let's brew, and after 30 minutes merge the juice. In a separate bowl, mix honey, oil and vinegar. Finely cut the mint and squeeze out the garlic. All the ingredients are mixed. Fill the resulting zucchini marinade and send it to the refrigerator for several hours. For sharpness, you can add chili.

For the preparation will be required: young zucchini (500 g), coriander, parsley, dill, leek, garlic (to taste), a little sugar and salt. You will also need 1/3 cup olive oil, black pepper, vinegar, cloves (3 pcs.), Coriander (5 g), bay leaf and water (glass).

In boiled water, add all the spices listed, bay leaf, salt and sugar. The mixture is boiled for a few minutes, then let it cool. During this time, we clean the skin and seeds of vegetables, cut into thin strips.
