  • 2-3 tablespoons vegetable oil

Ingredients for filling:

  • 500 grams of non-acidic cottage cheese (should not be very wet, otherwise excess fluid is squeezed by hanging cottage cheese in a gauze bag for 2-3 hours)
  • One or two fresh chicken eggs
  • One to two tablespoons of butter
  • Sugar to taste - 3-5 tablespoons
  • Vanilla sugar (optional)
  • a pinch of salt
  • Raisins - 200-300 grams (optional)

Preparation:

Milk is slightly warmed up (the temperature should be slightly more than room temperature). Add sugar and yeast, stir, leave to stand for 10-15 minutes. This mixture is called opara.

Whisk eggs with melted and cooled butter. Add the spoon, stir. Gradually add flour, continuing to vymeshivat. When you get a naked dough, add sunflower oil. We knead the dough well and let it come up.
