So, to make carrot cutlets for a couple, you need: a kilogram of fresh carrots, half a glass of milk, as much as mango, 3 eggs, a teaspoon of sugar, vegetable oil, salt.

Carrots need to be cleaned and rubbed on a very shallow grater or in a blender and transferred to a deep brazier or saucepan.

Pour a pinch of salt, sugar, a tablespoon of oil. All mix well.

Pour into a mass of slightly warmed milk, bring everything to a boil and simmer on a small fire until ready.

Then pour the mangies (if the liquid is not enough, add a little more milk) and boil for another 10 minutes.

Then remove the pan from the fire.

Enter whipped egg yolks, mix well, cool.

From the resulting cutlet mass, we make cutlets.

You must boil a kilogram of carrots, pour boiling water 200 g of prunes for 20 minutes. The cooked carrots should be passed through the blender, first having cleared from the skin. Such cutlets are good for breakfast or as a dessert with kefir or low-fat yoghurt.

Stir ginger with carrots, add a little pressed bread, almond petals, protein and mix everything thoroughly.

Form out the resulting mass of cutlets, cook in a double boiler as in previous recipes.

For the sauce, mix yoghurt with cottage cheese, season with salt and curry, mix thoroughly.

Serve this dish with a green salad.

However, carrot cutlets without eggs are considered one of the most delicious, healthy and tender .

You will need:

A pound of carrots, 50 g of semolina, tea spoon of sugar, seasoning.

Carrots must be boiled for 20 minutes after the water boils, to the state of softness.
