Soon both motors became 20-valve (4 valves per cylinder), after which the power increased to 160 horsepower. This seriously heated interest in the Audi 90 Quattro, because previously owners complained about the lack of capacity. The novelty was the A4 car in a more advanced configuration. Thus, the company simply narrowed the range of its audience a little, thereby losing some of its former customers. But after all, the A4 appeared only after the fourth generation Audi 80, and two generations were left without a "luxury" class.
