Due to the preservation of vitamins and nutrients, bream in the oven is a component of the right diet. In addition, cooking fish is easy and fast, which can save you a lot of time, which you can spend on family and friends.

The bream recipe in the oven is pretty simple. The following components are necessary for its implementation:

  1. 2-3 pcs. Fresh fish;
  2. 1 onion of medium size;
  3. 1 carrot;
  4. Ground pepper to taste;
  5. Salt to taste;
  6. Spices to taste;
  7. Foil for baking.

First you need to clean the bream from the scales, cut the abdomen and carefully clean it from the entrails. In addition, it is mandatory to remove fins and gills. On the back of the bream with a knife we make small nadreziki and rub it with pepper, salt and spices to taste. Then we cut the onions with large rings and rub the carrots on a large grater. After that, we unfold a sheet of foil, the size of which should be enough for three turns, and put a portion of sliced carrots and onions, then fish, then report the remaining vegetables. We wrap everything and do not allow the formation of cracks so that the juice of the fish does not flow out. Bream in the oven in the foil will be much tastier and juicier than without it. Next, lay the fish on a baking sheet. Bream in the oven baked for about 40 minutes from the calculation of 20 minutes per side at a temperature of 260 degrees. Then gently unfasten the foil and lay the fish on the dish.

A delicious dish will be bream in the oven with potatoes. For its preparation it is necessary:

  1. 1 PC. Fresh fish;
  2. 3 potatoes;
  3. 1 onion of medium size;
  4. Bay leaf to taste;
  5. Salt and pepper to taste;
  6. Butter and vegetable oil.

Potatoes are cleaned and cut into cubes about 2 by 2 cm. Then we clean and cut the onions. We clean bream, and this is not so easy. It has very dense scales, so it must be sprinkled with salt beforehand. Clean it better against the scales, starting with the tail. Then cut along the abdomen and cut it, i.e. Make small incisions, after which the small bones are removed. We rub the spices with fish inside and out. Bream is stuffed with pre-mixed potatoes and onions, add a small piece of butter and bay leaf. To prevent the filling from falling out, the abdomen is connected with toothpicks. Carefully lay the fish in a mold and cover with foil. Bream in the oven baked for 50 minutes, then served on the table and decorated with greens. Enjoy your meal!
