The recipe recommends not sparing spices for it: a vanilla pod, cinnamon, nutmeg can be supplemented with saffron and cardamom. Preheat the oven and boil the kettle. Heat a half cup of thick cream with spices. After they boil, let the mixture steep for a quarter of an hour, then strain. 5 yolks warm to room temperature (get them out of the refrigerator in advance). Whisk with half a glass of sugar. When a stable foam is formed, add strained warm cream. Continue to beat. Add the pumpkin puree. Stir. Wipe again through a sieve or gauze. Arrange in the tray special small molds or just low cups. Fill them with cream. Then fill the pan with hot water. Bake the dessert for thirty minutes. Readiness can be determined by texture to the eye - the edges should harden, and the center remain gentle and quivering. Cool the pan with molds. Then place the products in the refrigerator. Before serving, it is better to decorate them with chocolate or caramelized nuts. You can top a little whipped cream. Traditionally, creme brulee is covered with sugar and caramelized with a special device resembling a burner.

Autumn dish: beetroot recipe

If you get a sweet vegetable that does not contain excess fiber, then it's time to stuff it. First, boil the beets or bake it, wrapped in foil. Cool the root crop off the peel and core, leaving intact the thin walls. In the received cup we will spread the filling. It can be made diverse. For example, mix boiled rice with prepared raisins, apple and sugar. Fill with melted butter and cinnamon. Or stuff a cup of beetroot and pour it with sour cream sauce. Bake it. You can use cottage cheese and even chicken minced with rice and garlic as a filling. Baking time depends on the degree of preparedness of the products and varies from 30 minutes to an hour.
