It is baked in special ovens using oak firewood, at a temperature of 485 degrees, for two minutes. It turns out flat cake, on the surface and inside very juicy and fragrant. Necessary ingredients:

1. For the test:

  • Yeast - 5 grams;
  • Water - 1 glass;
  • Sugar - 10 grams;
  • Flour - 2 cups;
  • Salt - 5 grams;
  • Olive oil - 15 grams.

2. For the filling:

  • Tomato sauce - 100 ml;
  • Tomato - 1 piece;
  • Sausage "Salami" - 100 g;
  • Mushrooms - 100 g;
  • Grated cheese - 300 g.

How to cook a delicious pizza? First you need to make a spoon. To do this, take a small container and pour in it two hundred grams of warm water. Then add ten grams of sugar, a little salt, five grams of yeast and fifteen grams of flour. Thoroughly mix everything. After 20 minutes, the opar will rise.

Then you need to take a large pot, pour in it all the remaining ingredients and pour the spoon, then knead. Note that the test for pizza should be a lot, so that the base is dense. We knead for at least ten minutes. Then we lubricate it with oil, cover with a film and put it in a warm place for an hour and a half. The dough should increase several fold. When it is suitable, divide it into three parts, and from each of them we will form balls (each of them is the basis for one pizza).

Put one part on the flour-poured surface, then form a cake from it. Prepare the preparation in advance and smear it with oil. The oven should be heated to maximum temperature. We put the prepared cake on a baking sheet. Lubricate it with tomato sauce. Mushrooms, tomato and sausage we will cut thin plates and we will put all stuffing from above. After that, pizza is sprinkled with cheese and put into the oven for ten minutes.
