How to choose a pork rib

The recipe should begin with the right choice of ingredients. Do not buy inexpensive knuckles with thin layers of meat, they are only suitable for borscht. It is better to take a brisket with a small amount of fat, then the ribs will turn out very tasty and moderately greasy. Also a huge role is played by spices and seasonings, which can be selected according to your taste, to give the dish an aroma and emphasize the pig's rib. The recipe with honey, perhaps, is known all over the world. This is a classic cooking. The honey crystallizes during baking, forming a crispy crust of amber color. Ingredients: 1,5 kg of pork with ribs, 2 onion heads, 3 cloves of garlic, favorite spices and salt. For an amber sauce: 50-60 grams of honey, a quarter of a glass of water, a little mustard.
Preparation:

  2. Mix honey carefully with mustard and water.
  3. Fold the ribs in a baking pan, grease them with sauce, add salt, pepper and put in a preheated oven.
  4. Bake it for about an hour, periodically lubricating sauce and draining liquid.

  6. The resulting paste should be fried in preheated oil. Lubricate the ribs with the resulting sauce and return them to the oven for another 2-4 minutes.

Ingredients: a kilogram piece of pork ribs, a glass of broth, 2 sour apples, a glass of sour cream or thick cream, 2 onion heads, salt and spices, and oil for frying.
Preparation:

  1. Ribs are washed, chop into portions. Preheat the oil.
  2. Lay out the ribs. Fry them for a minute on each side, put into a saucepan.
  3. Pour meat broth, put on a small fire and cook under the lid until ready. After 20 minutes, add the fried onion and grated apples to the ribs, salt and season.
  4. When the meat becomes soft, add cream. Remove the lid, add gas, so that the liquid evaporates, and the sauce thickens.

On the eve of a picnic marinate ribs in a mixture of carbonated water, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, onion puree. Fry on grill over hot coals. Approximate cooking time - 40 minutes. Serve with fresh herbs, tomato sauce, seasonal vegetables, homemade sugars.
