Analysis of the provision of the enterprise with labor resources

One of the tools of the program to increase the size of profits is the analysis of the enterprise's supply of labor resources. After all, the efficiency of the functioning of the entire organization and the level of labor productivity depend on the number of qualified workers able to clearly observe the instructions of the management and carry out the assigned tasks.

Qualitatively carried out analysis of the provision of the enterprise with labor resources can significantly reduce the cost of finished products, and therefore significantly increase the amount of profit. And it is not surprising: when drawing up such an analysis, a specialist can visually see how efficiently the available labor is used. The analysis of the supply of labor resources is based on primary information, statistical documentation on the number of employees and the productivity of each of them.

When performing such an analysis, the division of workers in two main categories or groups is paramount. The first group includes specialists directly involved in the production process and are called industrial and production personnel. And the second refers to non-industrial personnel.

There is a classification of workers in the industrial and industrial group for a particular type of work, according to which all personnel involved in the process of manufacturing finished products can be divided into employees and workers. The main task of workers is to participate in the production process or create conditions for continuous work, that is, the implementation of basic and auxiliary activities. A group of employees includes managers and specialists. The former are engaged in the organization of uninterrupted production and are responsible for making the final decision in a difficult situation. Specialists can be attributed to employees of the accounting and legal departments, this group also includes rationers, engineers, technologists and others.

The analysis of the enterprise's security of labor resources is carried out on the basis of the staffing table. This document, which indicates the number of staff, the scope of its activities with a division into specific groups and categories. A schedule is drawn up with a certain periodicity, and the enterprise decides the issue of the time on its own.

The main factors in estimating the number are considered to be the indicators of the attendance, the list size and the number actually working on a specific date. When an analysis of the labor supply of the enterprise is made, calculations of the above indicators are made. The average number of employees is the ratio of the number of employees at each reporting date to the total number of calendar days in the specified period. Average number of employees - the ratio of the amount of employees who came to work on each working day, to the number of working days.

Ensuring the enterprise with manpower resources is of great importance for the productivity of the production process. However, no planning document for the future period is made, therefore the analysis is carried out by comparing the previous data and the actual one. It is especially important to monitor the movement of personnel in the enterprise. It is believed that a large turnover of labor reduces labor productivity. After all, a close-knit team works as a team. In addition, people are more interested in the financial well-being of the firm, as this directly affects the level of remuneration and the possibility of premium remuneration. To analyze the turnover of staff, it is necessary to understand the reasons for dismissals, for example, on the management's initiative for long absenteeism, drunkenness or abuse of authority received or at own will due to low salaries.
