How to write a vacation application

Legislation establishes that every employee is given an opportunity to relax from basic labor activity. As a result, we, working in the company, have the right to receive paid leave on an annual basis. But there may be circumstances when a temporary suspension of work is required for other reasons. In both cases, the administration must obtain permission, since it is impossible to leave the workplace on its own initiative. That's when the application for vacation is written.

The form of this document is standard for all circumstances, the difference is only in essence. Some employers use this unification and store the corresponding forms in the computer's memory. It remains only to print them and fill in the empty lines.

However, not all have the same resources, so sometimes you have to write a document by hand. Recall how to write a vacation application. The procedure is not complex, but requires a certain scrupulousness.

1. So, first in the upper right corner of the sheet of paper we write an appeal to the head of your enterprise. Only it is entrusted with administrative functions for personnel matters. It looks something like this: "To the director of such and such an enterprise Ivanov II".

2. In the same block, it is explained from whom this application for leave comes. Surname, first name and patronymic should be indicated completely, while it should be noted which position you occupy. For example: "from Petrov Petrov Petrovich, sales manager."

3. It is noteworthy that the overwhelming majority of applicants further admit an elementary syntactic error, placing after the patronymic point. However, according to the rules of the office work, the word "declaration" with a capital letter should follow , which is located in the center of the page below the address. Only then put a period.

4. Now the essence of the request for leave is being explained, and everything depends on its category.

You can ask for a regular work (paid) leave. The application for leave in this case will only confirm the agreement with the schedule drawn up in advance and approved at the beginning of the calendar year.

You can ask to let you out of the queue, but also with a rest. It already requires a good argument. True, there is a category of workers to whom the employer must give paid leave on demand.

Here they are:

- Women on the eve or after maternity leave, and after the leave to take care of the child;

- employees who have not reached the age of 18;

- citizens working on external cooperation;

- workers who have pregnant wives;

- employees who study in parallel to work;

- spouses of servicemen.

And, finally, the last option remains - to write an application for leave without pay. It is necessary to explain the circumstances as much as possible. Usually this happens in an emergency, and the employer must be sure that he has lost an employee for a good reason.

5. Next, it is necessary to specify from which moment the vacation is expected and what its duration is.

6. At the end of the document, your signature is placed, highly desirable with a transcript. That is, next to the signature should put your name and initials.

7. The process of writing is completed by setting the date of circulation. At this point, pay the most serious attention. There are cases when the missing date or too short a period before the start of leave became the reason for the refusal.

That's all. It remains to endorse the paper from the head of the enterprise. After they have signed the application, the vacation will not be canceled. You can only recall the employee, and even then in case of special need.
