If the patient has urate kidney stones, the diet should prevent the formation of uric acid in his body. You can not eat by-products (especially liver, kidneys and brains), meat broths, fish, you need to reduce the intake of vegetable fats. It is necessary to supplement the diet with the intake of soluble citrates - they help dissolve salts of uric acid.
