Oxalate stones in the kidneys - will have to go on a diet

Urolithiasis refers to the number of common ailments that people suffer at any age. The solid formations appearing in the kidneys have a different structure and composition. The most common are oxalate kidney stones, which result from the excessive exposure to oxalic acid. According to some assumptions of this type, stones are more often formed in people who have a choleric or sanguine temperament, and phlegmatic and melancholic people receive calcium and phosphate deposits.

In connection with the fact that the oxalate stones in the kidneys in composition are calcium salts, physicians until recently believed that they are due to the use of calcium-rich food. Today it is proved that everything is happening on the contrary, the less is in the calcium products, the higher the probability of the appearance of oxalate stones. With a sufficient amount of calcium, the element binds oxalic acid in the intestines. With its lack of oxalates begin to gradually accumulate in the kidneys, which leads to the appearance of stones.

Oksalatnye stones in the kidneys in comparison with other formations have the most solid structure and practically do not undergo dissolution. They are simply diagnosed: due to their increased density, they are easily detected by means of an X-ray. Under the influence of oxalic acid, the stones acquire a yellowish or reddish hue. Oksalatnye stones often have sharp outlines and except for irritation and burning pain can cause bleeding. At the same time, the painful sensations cover the sides of the abdomen and the lower back, irradiating to the inner part of the reed and into the groin.

The fact that oxalate stones have appeared in the body can tell the changes in the color of urine, which acquires a dark yellow, and sometimes reddish shade, in which there are spotting or purulent discharge. At the same time, during burning, burning is felt.

To avoid negative deposits, it is necessary to protect the body from the effects of oxalic acid, which penetrates with food. The main suppliers of acid are potatoes (especially fried), tomatoes and spinach. Thus, if there were oxalate stones in the kidneys, the diet should be radically revised. First of all, you need to completely exclude these vegetables, as well as limit the use of Bulgarian peppers, eggplants, beets, onions, chard and cabbage, which are also rich in oxalic acid. Naturally, the sorrel should be banned. Accordingly, if there are kidney stones in children, then their diet should also be correct.

With this disease, the greenness of cilantro will be very useful, but rather its juice, which is highly effective against stones. On the advice of healers it is required to take 2-3 times a day for half a cup of juice.

If the disease occurs, you will have to abandon all types of canned food, especially meat and fish. It is necessary to stop eating bone or meat broths, smoked meat and pickles, jellies, pates, sausages, internal organs of animals.

Knowing what kind of stones in the kidneys and their symptoms, you will need to follow a diet that is recommended during kidney cleansing. Meat and fish can be consumed, but they should be carefully digested. Cooking soups is better on vegetable broth, it is best to eat cabbage soup with white cabbage, which can be consumed in any form and complemented with boiled potatoes, which, unlike fried, does not lead to the accumulation of oxalic acid.

In your menu you can include fresh cucumbers, turnips, apples, apricots, pears, peaches, melons, watermelons. As drinks without restrictions, you can drink juices, except beet and tomato, but from cocoa, coffee and black tea will have to be abandoned.
