Tingling in the heart: symptoms, tips and advice.

Tingling in the heart is not always associated with changes in the organic nature. Quite often they can be caused by various neurotic disorders. This reason is one of the most important, according to which people turn to physicians-therapists, cardiologists and specialists of other specialization (neurologists, psychotherapists). Previously, the whole spectrum of such conditions was attributed to neurosis of the heart or neurocirculatory dystonia according to the cardial type, which was within the competence of therapists and cardiologists. To date, according to the International Classification of Diseases of the tenth revision, heart neuroses refer to somatomorphic disorders. As a result, the treatment of this disorder is carried out by a psychotherapist.

Tingling in the heart can occur for reasons that are not directly related to the heart itself. One of these reasons can be a peculiar form of disturbance of the functions of the autonomic nervous system. This is manifested in attacks of panic attacks, in which the individual experiences unreasonable fear and, at the same time, pain in the region of the chest. Also there is a pronounced rapid heartbeat, hyperventilation (rapid breathing) and profuse sweating. Pleurisy, most common in pneumonia, can also cause acute, limited pain in the area of the chest. It tends to increase with inspiration or cough. The Tietz syndrome arises from the inflammation of the cartilaginous parts of the ribs and especially the cartilages that attach to the sternum. The pain arises suddenly and manifests itself rather intensely, resembling strokes of angina.

Tingling in the heart can also be associated with physical exertion. At the same time, the pain sensations focus on the sternum and manifest as a burning sensation, pressure, and compression. The characteristic pain is given to the left arm, lower jaw, neck and under the shoulder blade. Such symptoms are manifested in angina pectoris. If you observe this, do not delay the visit to a specialist in heart disease.

Tingling in the heart area should not be ignored, it is possible that an extra, unplanned trip to the cardiologist can save your life.

Tingling all over the body, like tingling, is often not a very dangerous symptom. Typically, a similar feeling can occur when you are in an uncomfortable position, resulting in a nerve or artery squeezed. By changing the position of the body, and thereby reducing the pressure, you can quickly get rid of this feeling. In the case of a sharp increase in such sensations in the process of sitting, coughing or sneezing, it is necessary to consult a doctor. If tingling occurs from somewhere incomprehensible and is combined with muscle weakness, you should immediately seek medical help. Such a feeling can signal a number of disorders, including anxiety disorders, herniated discs, heart diseases, circulatory disorders, diabetic and insult conditions, arthritis and others.

Tingling in the back, in the form of acute shooting pain, can be a signal of radiculitis. As a rule, it arises as a result of excessive physical loads, or with sudden movements and hypothermia. At rest, the pain is on the decline. When they cough and sneeze, they become worse.

With lumbosacral radiculitis, which is the most common form of the disease, the pain is diverse and localized in the lower part of the spine. Pain can increase during sudden movements, which causes the patient to avoid them. Timely initiation of treatment procedures allows you to achieve fairly good results. Basically, the treatment is aimed at eliminating the causes that cause the appearance of radiculitis. In order to recover, it is necessary to carry out persistent treatment of a complex nature.
