Such dependence on the US market played a cruel joke in the era of "dry law": demand for a drink drops several times, and whiskey must be closed. After all this, the plant passed from hand to hand until the right to produce whiskey "Kilbeggan" was bought by Cooley Distillers (1987). The new owner launched on the redeemed capacities the expulsion of the Irish drink exclusively for export. And in the village of Kilbeggan, a whiskey museum has been established to attract buyers' interest to the process itself. Every year the museum is visited by up to 30 thousand tourists.

As for the reviews of connoisseurs, the drink has an excellent and purest color of gold and slightly sweet aromas - a complex bouquet that has the following shades in the spectrum: vanilla, oak wood, caramel.
