What are the standards for physical education

To begin with, we will determine that the standard for physical education is a term that denotes the quantitative, qualitative or temporal indices that a person (a student, a student, a soldier, etc.) should achieve when performing a particular physical exercise.
In general, if we approach this question from the point of view of physiology and anatomy, then such standards should be established individually for each individual, based on his physiometric parameters (height, weight, age, sex, blood pressure, pulse, fatigue, etc.) and Calculated on their basis of certain coefficients. But, it is clear that in no country in the world there is no opportunity for this, therefore, there is a kind of compromise: the standards for physical education are established for groups of people of the same age and sex. That is, the standards for physical education for pupils of the 6th grade differ significantly from the standards for tenth graders, the standards for physical education for students also differ from the standards for schoolchildren, and the norms for girls will always differ from those for boys.

For example, the standard "flexion and extension of the arms in the resting position" for the pupil of the 6th class is 20 times, for the pupil of the 7th class - already 23, the eighth - 25, and the pupil of the 11th grade should be able to squeeze off the floor 32 times. For students, the standards will be even higher (that is, more difficult). Boys should always be able to comply with the standards more times, better and faster. If you take, for example, running at 100 meters in 10 class, then boys should run the distance in 14.2 seconds, and girls - for 16.5. The above examples of educational standards for physical education refer to the evaluation "excellent", if someone achieves a result lower than that prescribed by the standard, then he receives an evaluation, respectively, lower.

Not always this approach is rational, but this is the most acceptable option from all existing today. Standards for physical education are now standard for the whole world. This means that the educational standards in Russian schools in physical education will roughly correspond to the same standards, say, in the US. They will differ only from the standards of schools with a bias in physical development and sports schools.

Also, the educational standards for physical education will differ for the so-called special group. A special group is students or students who, due to their health condition, can not fully comply with all the prescribed standards, and therefore, temporarily or permanently, perform specially low standards. For example, a distance of 30 meters class 11 pupil must, in order to get "five", run for 4.4 seconds, and if he runs it in 5.1 seconds, he gets, in total, only "three". But if in 5.1 seconds this distance runs through a pupil of grade 11, but engaged in a special group, he will get "four" or even "five" for such a performance. And at a distance of 1, 2 or 3 thousand meters, he will not run at all, because the doctor is strictly prohibited. Instead, he will perform another exercise, replacing this standard. Or it will simply sit on the bench until this discipline is performed by students from the main group.
