  • Carnations in buds - 3 pieces;
  • Vanilla - apply on your own.

To make the cucumber jam tasty, all the ingredients should be used as fresh as possible. To begin with, treat the vegetables. Cucumbers are washed in cold water, and then peeled.   • Mint fresh - 1 large bunch;
  • Sugar beet - 350 g;
  • Gelling agent (for example, gelatin or pectin) - 1 dessert spoon;
  • Lemon juice fresh - 2 small spoons;
  • Drinking water is approximately 100 ml.

Preparing ingredients

To prepare an unusual homemade delicacy cucumber thoroughly washed and cleaned. Then they cut them with the same blocks and covered with sugar. In this form, the vegetables are insisted at room temperature for 4 hours. In the meantime, they begin to process mint.
