We prepare apricot jam from simple products

Today we will prepare a very useful apricot jam, which you will be happy to eat in winter and summer. In the epidemic of catarrhal diseases, healing jam will help to strengthen the immune system and get rid of beriberi.

Even after cooking, vitamins remain in the jam. Especially a lot of carotene in it, and this most valuable element is responsible for cleansing the body of free radicals. We need: a kilogram of fresh apricots, a little lemon acid (a teaspoonful) and, of course, granulated sugar - 1 kg.

From the washed apricots we take out the bones (dividing into two parts), we put it into deep dishes, pour it over with water and put it on the fire. Cooking fruit should be about half an hour, constantly watching and stirring, but not allowing to boil. After that, they must be wiped through a sieve, you can twist it in a meat grinder.

We do not pour out the water from the fruit, we go to sleep with citric acid, sugar and spread the wiped apricots. We set the fire to the slowest mode and leave the mass to languish for 1.5 hours. For jam it is necessary to observe and periodically stir it to obtain a homogeneous consistency. We roll in jars a cooled jam from apricots. The recipe is very simple and useful. The second recipe

To make apricot jam, take two glasses of sugar, fruits of apricots (500 g), lemon juice (50 g).

Fruits rinse well, cut into two parts (remove bones), fill them with sugar, pour lemon juice and add a little boiled water (20 g). Place the fruit cup in the refrigerator for a minimum of six hours. After a certain time, pull out and put on the fire to boil for 15 minutes.

To give a piquant taste, you can, at your discretion, put cloves, vanillin, or cinnamon into the jam. After the fruits are ready, they can be rolled into cans. If you want to get a homogeneous mass, then before cooking, the fruit is scrolled in a meat grinder. Bake a pie with apricot jam and your family will be happy.

The third recipe with pepper

Products: a glass of apricots, sugar (1/2 cup), cinnamon (5 g), apricot juice (150 ml), red chopped pepper (5 g).

Remove the fruit from the fruit, move the halves into a cup, add sugar there, add cinnamon and red pepper. Bring to a boil and cook for 10 minutes. Such an unusual apricot jam can be placed in plastic bags or containers and frozen, or can be rolled up. Unusual sweet-bitter taste is perfectly combined with meat dishes and flour products.
