The way of cooking risotto is very similar to the process of cooking pilaf.
Garlic and onions finely chopped and sautéed directly in a saucepan, in a mixture of creamy and olive oil. Here we pour out rice, fry a bit and pour wine. When the moisture is absorbed, add the broth, so as to cover the rice and cook, without stirring, over very low heat, adding liquid as needed. After 10 minutes, squeeze half a lemon into the saucepan. 5 minutes before the readiness to add greens. Fry the mushrooms in the oil and add to the rice. Mix well, pepper and salt to taste.
Such a second dish of mushrooms will perfectly replace the meat in the diet. Of course, you absolutely do not need to give up animal proteins, but you can arrange a short respite for the body.


Sauté from chicken in Chinese
Among the whole variety of recipes with champignons, dishes from champignons and chicken are often found. We also happened to find a rather original way of preparing these products. However, in the original version it was supposed to use shiitake mushrooms, but we successfully replaced them with champignons.
For one kilogram of chicken fillet we need pepper bulgarian 200 grams, mushrooms 500 grams, 4 tsp sugar, 100 grams soy sauce and vodka, 1 liter chicken broth, 3 tablespoon starch. L., Black pepper powder in the amount of 1 tsp, a glass of corn oil or sunflower oil.
Chicken fillet cut into slices, mushrooms and pepper straws. Meat, mushrooms and vegetables fry for about five minutes and put on a plate.
From the chicken broth, sugar, vodka, soy sauce and pepper, prepare the sauce. Pour it into a frying pan and mix it with meat, mushrooms and chicken. Let's stand a little, add the vegetable oil and fry for 5 minutes. Warm water dilute starch, gradually pour into a pan and allow the mixture to boil for one minute.


Chicken with mushrooms in Hungarian
Hungarian cuisine in general is rich in recipes for cooking meat and vegetables, so dishes from mushroom mushrooms in it is not uncommon. We chose one among them, it seemed to us, more familiar and simple to prepare.
We need a small chicken carcass, baked bacon 2 tbsp. Wheat bread (50 grams), milk 1/4 cup, egg, onion, chicken liver (100 grams), butter (small piece), champignons (100 grams), bacon (6 strips). For flavor, add marjoram, black pepper and coriander. Solim to taste.
