Take half a liter of kefir, a can of fat mayonnaise, half a spoonful of soda, two raw eggs, some salt and sugar, a premium flour. For the filling it is worth taking a kilo of pink salmon, two large onions, 70 grams of butter, pepper and salt. Mix all the ingredients for the dough, except flour, which should be poured a little, bringing the mixture to the consistency of sour cream. Whip the dough until there is no lumps. For the filling, cut thin pieces of fillet, chop the onions. Pour the layer of dough on a baking sheet, lay on it fish, onions and pieces of butter, then pour the remaining dough. The future fish cake should be hastily sent to a preheated oven and baked at 200 degrees until cooked. Check it can be a match or a toothpick. Pierce the dough - if the match is dry, the pie is ready. It should be taken out of the oven, greased with oil and covered for a few minutes with a towel or paper.
