And do you know that the first dishes are loved by most of the inhabitants of our vast country? Equally popular are hot borscht and soups, as well as cold first courses. In this article, we would like to especially highlight one dish, the popularity of which in each family is undeniable, is a vermicelli soup. It is loved by both adults and children, and it is prepared quite simply.

Particularly pleased with the fact that soup with vermicelli can be prepared in various ways and with a variety of additives. But any variation of it is equally tasty and will suit every person. Therefore, to know how to cook vermicelli soup should every hostess who respects herself.

In this article we will introduce you to some of the most interesting options (in our opinion) soups with vermicelli, and you already choose the best dish for yourself and cook with pleasure.

First, remember the basic rules concerning the preparation of vermicelli soups:

  • This kind of first course should be prepared only once, because if it is boiled again, the vermicelli will simply be digested and will become tasteless (and ugly too).
  • If you want to cook a large bowl of soup at once - use the method of adding pasta directly to the plate.

Vermicelli soup with chicken

We decided to start with this recipe, as the soup, cooked on a transparent chicken broth, is especially tasty and light.

For its preparation you will need the following ingredients:

  • Chicken breast - 1 (1.5) pcs .;
  • Vermicelli - 150-200 grams;
  • Onion (small) - 1 pc .;
  • Potatoes (medium size) - 2-3 pcs .;
  • Fresh greenery for decoration.

First you need to cook chicken broth. To do this, the chicken breast should be thoroughly washed under the tap, then sent to a pan and poured with water (cold). It is desirable to cover the pan tightly with a lid and put it on high heat. As soon as the water boils, it's better to reduce the heat slightly, so that the broth of the broth is not strong.

When cooking meat, do not forget to take off periodically appearing foam. Breast to boil no more than an hour, and salt at the very end of cooking. Once the meat is cooked, it must be taken from the broth and finely chopped.

If suddenly the broth turns out not as transparent as one would like, do not despair. Take one raw protein and whip it. Then you need to put the pan on the fire and gradually pour the protein into it. Boil broth again, and then strain through a fine sieve.

Next, you need to peel the potatoes, cut it into cubes and send it to boiling broth. The bulb should be peeled off, washed and finely chopped. Carrots also need to be cleaned by washing first, and grate on a large (medium) grater. Onions with carrots should first be fried in oil on a hot frying pan, and then add to the broth.

Vermicelli soup is almost ready, it only remains to add one important ingredient - vermicelli. In order to keep the soup transparent it is better to cook separately and add directly to the plates.

Finely chopped greens can be added as a plate of soup yourself, and put in a stand-alone beautiful bowl, so that those who wish to pour it themselves into the plates.

The following recipe: vermicelli soup with ribs smoked

Ingredients:

  • Smoked ribs 4-5 pcs .;
  • Small vermicelli "spiderweb" - half a glass;
  • Potatoes - 4-5 pieces;
  • Carrots - 1 piece;
  • Onion green - medium beam;
  • Vegetable oil;
  • Dill greens;
  • Salt.

The technology of making this soup is quite simple. First you should boil the smoked ribs in unsalted water. Boil them no more than 10 minutes, then you can add potatoes, cut into small cubes, and fry from green onions and carrots.

After the potatoes have been cooked, the vermicelli, the greens of dill, and a little more boil should be covered in the soup. Salted vermicelli soup with ribs smoked at the end of cooking, so as not to overdo it. The dish is very delicate.
