  • Sunflower oil refined - 65 ml;
  • Pearl barley (pre-cooked) - 1 faceted full glass;
  • Spices (sea salt, sweet pepper, basil, dried dill, parsley) - add to the dish to taste;
  • Fresh greens - use to decorate a ready meal.

Mushroom from fresh mushrooms is prepared very easily and quickly. To do this, take 170 g of the product, thoroughly wash it and clean it from the available wormholes, and then put it in a large saucepan, add water and boil for three minutes. After that, the ingredient should be thrown back in a colander, completely poured out the broth, rinsed in cold water and again placed in a saucepan of clean liquid. When it boils, the mushrooms should be salted and boiled for half an hour. Next, you need to remove the product with noise, cool it in cold air and chop into medium pieces.
