If you want to replenish your cookbook with new dishes from vegetables, be sure to pay attention to the cabbage. Vegetables, available at any time of the year, you can fry, stew, bake, make from it the famous cabbage patties or simply add to salads. In this article we will consider several recipes for delicious and hearty cabbage dishes, which you can prepare, for example, for dinner.

Tuschen cabbage: a recipe with meat

This dish will be especially spicy if for its preparation you take not only fresh vegetable, but also sauerkraut. It will give an easy sourness and perfectly emphasize the taste of beef or pork. For a large portion for the whole family you will need:

  • A kilo of fillet of beef or pork;
  • 2 large bulbs;
  • 400 grams of sauerkraut and 800 g fresh (this is about half the large fork);
  • Several spoons of natural tomato paste;
  • Spices for meat, salt and several laurel leaves.

Finely chop the onion and place it in a frying pan with vegetable oil. Pass to transparency, then add the meat fillets cut into small cubes. Cook for about 5 minutes, then lay out sauerkraut. Tip: if the fermented vegetables are excessively acidic, prior to cooking place them in a colander and rinse with running water. Close the frying pan with a lid and simmer the dish for a quarter of an hour on medium heat, not forgetting to stir occasionally. After you have laid out fresh cabbage, and also tomato paste and cook until the meat becomes soft. Depending on its quality, it can take an hour and a half. At the very end, add the bay leaf to the dish, season with salt and sprinkle with spices. Turn off the fire and simmer under the lid for another 15 minutes. Stewed cabbage, the recipe of which is so simple, will be a wonderful dish for dinner. It should be served hot, serving with a light green salad or simply slicing from seasonal vegetables. Of course, for this dish you can take only fresh cabbage, but the sauerkraut will give it a special piquancy - try this combination, you will definitely like it.

And you can cook vegetables and as follows, take:

  • Half a kilo of chicken fillet without skin and bones;
  • A small 100-gram slice of smoked bacon;
  • 50-70 g of any processed cheese - "Viola", "Hochland" or any other;
  • 200 g of fresh champignons;
  • Half a small head of cabbage;
  • Bulb onion, a pair of cloves of garlic and spices.

Breast cut into strips and fry on a small amount of oil, from it must be burned fat. Add a finely chopped onion into a skillet and steam for a couple of minutes. After lay the chopped chicken fillet and lightly fry it - the pieces should turn white. Then add the mushrooms - if they are large enough, they must first be cut into several parts, you can put small specimens entirely. Strain the mixture for no more than five minutes, and then lay out the chopped cabbage. By the way, if you want the vegetable to turn out to be especially juicy, after cutting it slightly, attach it and remember with your hands. After the cabbage is a little fried, add cheese to the pan, pour in a third of a glass of water and cook over low heat for a quarter of an hour, or slightly more. Salt and sprinkle with spices to taste. Tuschen cabbage (recipe with cheese and chicken) will be very tasty in a hot form, so after cooking immediately serve the dish to the table. For flavor in each serving, you can add finely crushed or squeezed garlic.

Deliciously prepared cauliflower. Recipes: stewed with vegetables or in sour cream

Remove from the refrigerator:

  • 1 head of cauliflower;
  • A few small zucchini, 1 eggplant and sweet Bulgarian pepper;
  • 1 carrot, a couple of tomatoes, a small onion;
  • Spices, tomato paste and vegetable oil for roasting vegetables.

Rinse cauliflower , cut into inflorescences, it is best to remove the hard part - a stump. Boil the vegetable until soft in salted water. The remaining vegetables wash, clean: eggplant, zucchini, peppers and tomatoes cut into cubes, and grind the carrots with a grater. Onions and garlic finely chop, and then pass on vegetable oil until soft, then add carrots, as well as other vegetables - cabbage should be put in the last place. Stir, pour a couple of tablespoons of tomato paste, salt and sprinkle with spices to taste (any ground pepper, oregano, paprika, tumerik, etc.). Cover and bring to the ready - after 20 minutes the dish can be served to the table. And you can cook a dish and it's easier, for example, very quickly stewed cabbage stew, the recipe of which involves quenching with cream in the microwave. For him you will need:

  • Half a kilogram of cauliflower;
  • 150 grams of any cheese;
  • A little milk, 100 ml of creamy fat and spices.

Cut the cabbage along the inflorescences, put it in the mold and cook for 2 minutes at full power. Then pour the cream and milk, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for another 8 minutes. Try it - if the vegetables are still solid, cook the dish a little more. Whichever recipe you choose, you will have an appetizing and light dinner for the whole family.
