Cauliflower fried in breadcrumbs

Nothing can really compare with fried cauliflower. It is tender and very tasty. This dish will be the triumph of any mistress. For cooking, you need cauliflower (half a head), 2 chicken eggs, a little flour (sifted), breadcrumbs (if not ready, you can grind the blender), vegetable oil and a pinch of salt.

Cabbage should be thoroughly washed and cut into several large parts, which immediately fall into a saucepan of salted water. Cook the product for about 20 minutes, with the lid is better not to close. In this case, the color of cabbage will be preserved. Once it is ready, it reclines into a colander and leaves to cool. Only then it is cut into small plates.

The resulting slices of cabbage are rolled in prepared flour, then in a whipped egg and, finally, in breadcrumbs. Such pieces are sent to a hot pan, where they are thoroughly fried. The finished dish is served hot, as a side dish or as a cold snack.

Cauliflower with mushrooms

Vegetarian dishes made from cauliflower are very tasty. One of them can be cooked very quickly. It will take cauliflower (1 fork), 200 gr. Mushrooms (can be champignons), 100 gr. Hard cheese, olive oil and a lot of different greenery (dill, onion, parsley, basil, etc.).

First, food is prepared before cooking. Cabbage is sorted into small inflorescences and boiled in salt water, and the mushrooms are washed and cut into large pieces, after which they are added to the cabbage and also boiled. The greens are finely chopped, and the cheese rubs.

As soon as after 7-9 minutes the cabbage with mushrooms will be ready, they cool down. Simultaneously with this olive oil, the pan is greased. On it and laid out cabbage with mushrooms. The top layer is sprinkled with herbs, which are sprinkled with a small amount of oil. Finally, everything is covered with cheese.

A light and dietary dish will become a halophyte based on cauliflower. This is a very low-calorie soup, which is also very tasty at the same time. You can make sure of this only by preparing a salty dish.

It will take you nothing: 300-400 gr. Cauliflower, a few potatoes, a couple of carrots, asparagus 250 grams, as many mushrooms, a spoonful of butter, a little flour, sugar, salt and parsley. Potatoes should be cleaned and cut into small cubes. Cauliflower is sorted into inflorescences, asparagus is cut into pieces, and carrots are thin slices. All these vegetables are put in a saucepan, filled with water and boiled. It also adds salt, butter and sugar.

In the meantime, the mushrooms are boiled in water, brought to a boil. After they are coarsely chopped and added to a common pan to vegetables. In a separate frying pan, refueling is done for the saltwort. She poured flour, add a piece of butter. All this is overcooked and only then mixed with several glasses of the resulting vegetable broth. On fire, it is held for 5-10 minutes, and then added to the soup. To the table, a halophyte with mushrooms and cauliflower is served with greens.
