To prepare 3 servings you will need:

For sauce:

  • Homemade mayonnaise - 3 tbsp. L .;
  • Mustard granular - 1 tbsp. L .;
  • Parsley, salt and pepper - if desired.

Technology of preparation

Turn the sticks into a steamer for 20 minutes. Chop the nuts into chips. Mix them with the cheese "Dor Blue", grated on a grater (shallow). Add mayonnaise and chopped parsley, season with mustard and mix. Pepper and salt. The sauce is ready. On the dish, lay the leaves of the arugula, season with the sauce. Turn off the turnip, peel and cut into long, sharp pieces. Put it on the rukkola and pour the sauce.

For 3 servings you will need:

  • Small turnip fruits - 9 pcs .;
  • Prunes - 6 pieces;
  • Salad iceberg - 1 small rocking chair;
  • Leaves of arugula;
  • Lemon juice, salt, pepper, olive oil.

For sauce:

  • A few spoons of mayonnaise (homemade);
  • Parsley leaves;
  • A couple of spoons of mustard grainy;
  • A couple of prune stuff.

Technology of preparation

We set the turnip in the steamer for 20 minutes. Then we cool, clean and cut into slices. Mix mustard with mayonnaise and finely chopped prunes.
