The drug "Doxycycline", analogues and their action.

"Doxycycline" refers to antimicrobials for systemic use. Just like Doxycycline itself, the analogs of this drug are part of the tetracycline group. They have a spectrum of a fairly broad action aimed at fighting microbes.

Prohibited the use of "Doxycycline" with a strong sensitivity to tetracyclines, severe liver failure, porphyria, during pregnancy, lactation (for the period of taking the drug from breastfeeding should be abandoned), at the age of children under 12 years. The drug "Doxycycline" can have side effects on:

In case of an overdose of Doxycycline, you may notice the following symptoms: hepatotoxicity, more pronounced side effects. In this case, you should immediately resort to medical care, cancel the drug and conduct symptomatic therapy (since there is no specific antidote), it is also necessary to maintain and control how vital functions proceed.
