Chocolate sausage from a cookie is so easy and fast prepared that even if your friends called and said that they will be in an hour, you can always surprise them with an unusual treat (of course, provided all the necessary ingredients are at home or at the nearest store).

Today I want to tell you more "adult" recipe for chocolate sausage, which will not only remind you of the taste of childhood, but also will improve the mood.

So, the ingredients that we need:

- 500 grams (2 packs) of biscuits, it is desirable that it crumbles well;

- 200 grams of butter;

- a glass of sugar (can be replaced with condensed milk - for sweet tooth!);

- 4 tbsp. L. Cocoa powder;

- any nuts that are available (walnuts, almonds, peanuts, etc.)

- one egg;

- 50 grams of brandy, whiskey or cognac (the highlight of our program).

How to cook chocolate sausage?

To begin with, melt butter on low heat, add sugar and add it to the sugar until the sugar completely dissolves and turns into a homogeneous mass. Then add the egg and cocoa powder there, also mix everything thoroughly, and make sure that there are no cocoa balls left. Following these products, we add 50 grams of alcohol to the resulting mass, resulting in a brown, homogeneous and aromatic mixture resembling liquid chocolate. We remove it from the fire.

Meanwhile, the nuts must also be fried and finely chopped, or ground in a blender. You can use a nut mixture, too, turns a peculiar taste.

Here the main thing is to show imagination. This dish is very creative, and on what mood you will have during cooking, the taste of the sausage depends.

Finished ground nuts are added to the chocolate mixture. Too it is necessary to make and with cookies. One packet of biscuits should be crushed or ground in a blender almost to the flour and kneaded in chocolate. The mixture gradually becomes thick. The second pack needs to be crushed no longer so finely that there are white pieces in the sausage, reminiscent of a part of fat in salami. When the dough is already thick enough and cooled, you can simulate the sausages from it. To do this, we lay out the food film on the table (you can use ordinary cellophane bags, cut along), carefully place the chocolate mass in the form of a sausage, wrap it, and form a round oblong shape. Next, we put the ready sausages on a tray and put in the fridge for two to three hours (if the guests are already on the way, then you can put it in the freezer, and the sausage will be ready for their arrival).

Chocolate sausage or, as it is also called, chocolate salami, in its frozen form really resembles real sausage. It is cut into slices and served for tea and other drinks. If you did everything right, the guests will be delighted, and consider, your evening was a success.

Of course, this recipe is suitable for adult tea drinking, but if there are children among the guests, I strongly recommend that you omit the ingredient, which is 50 g.
