Process description

For a couple of hours before working with the products, butter is removed from the refrigerator and left at room temperature.   • Two hundred milliliters of kefir.
  • Half a teaspoon of baking soda and vinegar.
  • ¾ cup of sugar.
  • A pair of raw chicken eggs.
  • Fifty grams of soft butter.
  • A glass of high-grade wheat flour.
  • Three tablespoons of cocoa powder.
