Seeds of chia - the so-called grains of Spanish sage, which grows on the territory of South America. Local residents have long used them for medicinal purposes. Chia seeds contain a multitude of trace elements: zinc, phosphorus, potassium. Also, they contain vitamins, polyunsaturated fatty acids.

When these grains are used for food, blood cholesterol levels normalize, metabolic processes improve, and mental activity increases. It is proved that Spanish sage improves intestinal motility. Below is how to prepare a pudding with the addition of its grains.

Chia-pudding: recipe with yogurt and raspberries

List of products (per serving):

  • Honey (variety is not important) - 1 tsp.
  • Natural (Greek) yogurt - 170 g.
  • Chia seeds - 5 grams is enough.
  • Raspberries (frozen) - 50 g.
  • Peanuts (without shell) - 15 g.

Cooking process

In a bowl made of thick glass, we put raspberry berries. There, pour in yogurt and honey in the right amount. We beat these ingredients using a submersible blender. The resulting mass is gently poured into a tall glass on the stalk. Add the seeds of chia. Stir with a teaspoon. The glass along with the contents is sent to the middle shelf of the refrigerator.

How much dessert should be there? Four hours is a minimum. Ideally, if it stays until morning. Then we take our tender pink chia-pudding from the refrigerator. Sprinkle it with crushed peanuts. Recipe for coconut chia-pudding with blueberries

Grocery set:

  • Regular sugar - enough for 1 tbsp. L.
  • 200 g of blueberries (preferably fresh).
  • 2 tbsp. L. Chia seeds (Spanish sage).
  • Coconut milk - not more than 200 ml.

Preparation

In the bowl of the blender we send the washed berries. We pour in coconut milk. There we fall asleep sugar and chia seeds. We press the button "Start". It turns out a liquid mass resembling smoothies. We need to gently pour it into a glass, which is then removed to the refrigerator for half an hour. After a few hours you can eat coconut chia-pudding. But before this we decorate a portion of dessert with whole blueberry berries. It turns out incredibly tasty, and most importantly - it is useful for our body.

Coconut-chocolate pudding with chia seeds

List of required products:

  1. Cocoa in powder form - 1/3 cup.
  2. Raw flakes of almonds - to taste.
  3. Coconut milk (whole) - one glass.
  4. Maple syrup is enough 4-5 st. Spoons.
  5. Chia seeds - ¼ cup.
  6. Coconut shaving - to taste.
  7. Sea salt - one pinch is enough.
  8. ½ tsp. Vanilla extract.
  9. Coconut paste spread - 2 tbsp. L.

Where do we start? Seeds of chia (Spanish sage) should be ground to a fine powder. Now we need a powerful blender. In his bowl pour coconut milk in the right amount. Add vanilla extract, sea salt and maple syrup. We also put coconut spread. All this is lightly beaten. In the mass obtained earlier, we pour out the cocoa powder. Whisk again using a blender.

We return to the ground chia seeds. We measure ¼ cup of powder. We send it to the bowl of the blender. Beat the ingredients until a uniform mass is formed. We got a mousse, which must be distributed according to the molds. Then put a handful of almond flakes and coconut chips on a hot frying pan. Lightly fry them to make them brown. In still not frozen chia-pudding we add flakes.

Now we remove our future dessert in the refrigerator for exactly 24 hours. But the expectation is worth it. After we get the mold with chia-pudding. Each portion is decorated with flakes of almonds or pieces of fruit. An amazing dessert is ready for use.

Another option (with mango)

Ingredients:

  • For ½ cup of cow and coconut milk.
  • Fresh mint - 5-6 leaves.
  • Normal water - one glass is enough.
  • ½ tsp. Vanilla essence.
  • A pinch of ground hazelnut.
  • 4 tbsp. L. Chia seeds.
  • Mango (small pieces) - 1.5 cups.
  • White sugar - no more than 1 tbsp. L.

How to cook

We send the pieces of mango to the blender. Beat, gradually adding water. We must have a mass that resembles a thick sauce. Fill it with glasses (1/3 of the volume). We put it away in the refrigerator. We mark 1 hour.

In a separate vessel we connect two kinds of milk - cow and coconut. Add the usual sugar and vanilla essence. Stirring. We pour the seeds of chia. For 3-4 minutes, stir the ingredients with a spoon. We remove mass to the side. After 5 minutes it will completely thicken.

We take out the glasses from the refrigerator with frozen sauce. Fill them with a mixture consisting of two kinds of milk and chia seeds. Our dessert should stay in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours. Before serving, each serving (glass) is decorated with mint leaves and cut nuts.
