Chocolate sausage with condensed milk to your table.

Preparing chocolate sausage with condensed milk is quite simple. This process does not require a large number of ingredients. For a portion weighing half a kilogram, you need:

Condensed milk - 120 g

Walnuts - 50 g

Biscuit shortbread cookies - 200 g

Butter - 100 g

Powdered sugar - 2 tbsp. L.

Cocoa powder - 4 tbsp. L.

To make the chocolate sausage similar to the meat product of the same name, it is necessary to properly crush the cookies. Sliced pieces of different shapes should be produced, but their size should not exceed 0.5 cm. Also, all the crumbs resulting from the grinding should be left. In exactly the same way, we also cut the walnuts, which we add to the liver.

Now you need to soften the butter. To do this, it is enough to get it out of the refrigerator in advance and put it in a warm place. It is also added to the resulting mixture.

To make the chocolate sausage exactly the same as in childhood, it needs to add cocoa. At the same time, it must first be sieved through a sieve to prevent the formation of lumps.

Recipes are often advised to add after that milk and sugar, but we will take a chance and use condensed milk. It should be added in small portions with constant stirring. To make the chocolate sausage good, you should always monitor the consistency of the resulting mass when adding condensed milk . It should be fairly dense and homogeneous, a little thicker than sour cream. But not so dense, that at formation on it cracks appeared.

Next, the resulting mixture should be divided into equal portions and put on food film. After that, the polyethylene needs to be wrapped and shaped to make the future chocolate sausage look appropriate. Then, together with the film, put it for several hours in the refrigerator.

At the end of the required time, the sausage must be removed and the shape once again trimmed. Then you can remove the film and sprinkle the finished dish with sugar powder. It will not only give an additional taste to the product, but also at the cut will look like a shell. At the same time, cookies and nuts will look like slices of fat.

This sweetness must always be stored in a cool place or refrigerator. At the same time, the food film can be removed from it, and the powdered sugar will not allow the sausages to stick to the plate or to each other.
