In the event that the weight of the patient is more than 40 kilograms, it is advisable to increase the dose to one tablet. The same applies to adults for whom the daily dose is 250 mg. The drug is recommended to eat immediately after a meal, but in no case on an empty stomach.

As for the duration of the course of treatment, it can be from 2 to 12 weeks, depending on the type of pathogen. For example, with mycosis, a four-week course is shown. And if we talk about onychomycosis (fungal lesions of the nail plate), then it is recommended to take the drug for three months - it is during this time that a healthy nail grows completely. In any case, treatment is possible only after consulting a doctor. If necessary, a specialist can change the dosage and duration of the treatment course.

This medicine has a small set of contraindications. It is not prescribed to patients with allergies to any component of the component. The remedy is not used to treat children under the age of two. The same applies to the period of pregnancy.
