Necessary ingredients:

  • Fillets of fish - 1 kg;
  • Potato tubers - 500 g;
  • Small bulbs - 2 pcs .;
  • Fresh tomatoes - 2-3 pcs .;
  • Hard cheese of any sort - about 200 g;
  • Mayonnaise, salt, basil greens - to taste;
  • Vegetable oil for lubrication.

Therefore, if you managed to find a whole fish, then this is not a problem at all. To begin with, it is required to thoroughly wash, gut, remove the gills. Next you need to cut off fins, tail and head from the fish. However, do not rush to throw them away. It is better to remove all this into the freezer until you have a desire to boil your ear. Now you need to chop the chum to get the fillet. To do this, you must divide the fish with a sharp knife along its ridge and remove the skin. Now we should carefully separate the meat from the ridge, and then remove the costal bones. The fillet is ready! It should only be cut into pieces of medium size, sprinkle with salt and leave for a few minutes.

Processing of the remaining ingredients

The keta in the oven, the recipe of which we are now describing, will turn out extremely tasty if you use only fresh vegetables. Potato tubers, bulbs and tomatoes should be washed thoroughly under running water and dried. The first two products should be cleaned and cut into circles. It is desirable to refine the tomatoes with thin semirings. Hard cheese should be grated on a large grater. The greens of basil must be washed, dried and chopped.

Forming and baking dishes

In order for the keta in the oven, the recipe of which you want to keep for yourself forever, it turned out well, very juicy, do not regret the vegetable oil while lubricating the mold.
