The basis for obtaining the rights of the tractor driver is a certificate of the driver passing a special training course. It is issued on the fact of graduation (theoretical and practical). Categories of driver's license

• "A (I-III)". Allows you to manage those off-road vehicles that are not designed for use on public roads. These include: ATVs, snowmobiles, warehouse equipment and other equipment, the power of which does not exceed 4 kW.
• "AT". Gives the right to drive caterpillar and wheeled vehicles with engine power from 4 to 24.7 kW. In other words - up to 34 horsepower.
• "FROM". Allows you to work on wheeled vehicles with a power unit from 25.7 to 110.3 kW (34-150 hp).
• «D». Gives the right to manage wheeled vehicles with a capacity of 110.3 kW.
• "E". Allows to control caterpillar equipment with a capacity of over 24.7 kW.
• "F". Allows you to operate self-propelled agricultural machines.

Ranks

The certificate indicates not only the categories of the tractor driver, but also the category. It is assigned by the inspector who takes the exam in the state body. On all subsequent documents, which will feature a specialist tractor driver, the rank will be indicated next to the specialty. For example, "The operator of the loader of the 3rd category". Consider what each of the bits means:

2 nd category . Confirms the driver's right to control the equipment, but provided that he will be under the supervision of a more experienced employee. A specialist of this level may also be allowed to repair load-handling or loading mechanisms and apparatus.

3 rd category. It implies that the operator has the right to manage battery loaders and other lifting devices. He is allowed to load cargo, stack them with stacks, and also repair and service tractor mechanisms.

4th category. Allows the machinist to work on tractors whose capacity exceeds 100 liters. With., And also on other mechanisms intended for moving or stacking cargo. The owner of this category should be able to repair and maintain the equipment on which he works.

How is the training conducted

What's wrong with buying rights?

It makes no sense to hide that buying the rights of a tractor driver is as simple as the documents of a motorist. And in most cases, you can not even worry about accrediting the body that allegedly issued them. Therefore, many people prefer not to spend one and a half to two months training, but simply pay about the same amount and get the necessary document. The question is, what will happen next with such a tractor driver? If its incompetence leads to the destruction of expensive equipment or the damage of any property, the costs can be very impressive, not to mention the reputation. And what if he harms his health or other people's health?

A competent person who feels responsible for his work and wants to build a successful career will never bypass the law for obtaining a document that imposes on him a wide range of obligations.

Replacement of rights

The replacement of the tractor driver's license is necessary in the event that the period of validity expired. It also happens that Gostehnadzor requires this in connection with the change in the rules. To get a new driver's license as a tractor driver in exchange for the old, you need to come to Gostehnadzor and write a statement. At the same time it is necessary to provide the same documents as when applying to an educational institution.
