How to make soup from seafood so that it turns out delicious and, most importantly, satisfying? It's very simple - the more you add the ingredients to your soup, the more saturated and nutritious it will be. The classic seafood soup includes fresh vegetables and broth, but each kitchen makes its own changes and additions. Depending on which kitchen your soup will belong to and you must choose components: shrimp or squid, mussels or oysters. You can also fantasize by making soup from seafood with cream or on milk, tomato or cream soup. Here are a few recipes from different cuisines:

1. Seafood soup in Spanish.

Required:

  • Fish broth - 1 liter
  • Shrimps peeled - 150 grams, uncleaned - 10 pieces
  • Squid rings - 100 grams
  • Shellfish mussels - 10-15 pcs.
  • Fish fillets - 2-3 pieces
  • Potatoes - 3 pieces
  • Sweet pepper - 1 pc.
  • Tomatoes - 2 pcs.
  • Onions - 1 pc.
  • Garlic, black pepper, bay leaf, saffron
  • Fresh and salt greens

It is necessary to cut peppers, potatoes and tomatoes with brushes. Peel onion and garlic in a frying pan. Add the sliced vegetables there and simmer until the pepper is ready. After that, put everything in the blender and crush it. The whole mass is transferred back into the pan and poured with broth. Now proceed to seafood. Shrimp peeled and fish fillet sliced. We put it together with the washed unpurified prawns in broth with vegetables. All together you need to simmer on a small fire until the fish are ready. In a separate saucepan cook potatoes until half-ready. Then we connect all the ingredients in one pan, add saffron, laurel leaf. Spanish soup with seafood is ready! 2. Seafood soup with cream in Italian.

Required:

  • Water 400 ml
  • Cream 15% fat content - at least 200 ml
  • White semi-sweet wine - 200 ml
  • Seafood - 300 grams
  • Potatoes - 3 pieces
  • Leeks - 1 piece
  • Dill, prawns for decoration, salt, pepper

When deciding to make seafood soup with the addition of cream, it is necessary to buy and use only the freshest cream with a fat content of not less than 15%, but not more than 20%. It is necessary to clean and cut the potatoes. Also cut the white part of the leeks with rings. Put them all together in a deep frying pan and fry them without adding oil and water until a golden crust is formed. After that, add water and stew for about 15 minutes, until boiling. Solim, pepper and the whole mass is ground in a blender. The resulting mashed potatoes must be transferred to a saucepan, after which we add cream and wine and bring to a boil. In a separate frying pan fry seafood and transfer them into a pot of soup. When serving soup is decorated with fresh herbs and shrimp.

3. Cheese soup with seafood

How to prepare a seafood soup with the addition of red fish and cheese? Very simply, you will need:

  • Water - 1 liter
  • Fillet of any red fish - 1 piece
  • Shrimp - 20 pieces
  • Frozen cheese - 2 pieces
  • Potatoes, carrots and onions - 1 piece each
  • Olive oil, herbs, salt, pepper

We clean and cut the potatoes with neat cubes. We put it in boiling water. Finely chop the onions, and carrots rub on a large grater. Fry them in olive oil. Chopped cheese grate and add to the potatoes. Stir thoroughly until the cheese is completely dissolved. Add the fried vegetables in the pan. Cut the red fish fillets into cubes and cook with shrimps for 5 minutes. Then combine vegetables with cheese and fish. Let's brew for at least 5 minutes, add greens and you can serve on the table.
