Mushrooms and onions finely crumble and fry in oil, grate eggs, mix with fried mushrooms and onions, season with mayonnaise, salt to taste. The resulting mass is put in pre-cooked baskets and decorated with greens. That's all - eat served.

Tastefuls with mushrooms and cheese are not less tasty variant of the above-described recipe. For their preparation we will need the following products: Fresh mushrooms, onion, carrots, mayonnaise and cheese. The quantity and ratio of products is arbitrary. Mushrooms must be finely chopped and fried with onions and carrots, seasoned with mayonnaise, put them on the tartlets and sprinkle with cheese. Then you can decorate them with parsley sprigs and serve them to the table, or you can put them in the oven for a few minutes to make the cheese melt, and serve like a hot snack. As in the first, and in the second case, the taste is extraordinary.

Tats with mushrooms and chicken will become a real find for those who are fond of tasty and satisfying snacks. To prepare such a truly masculine snack (there are too many calories in it for a fragile female waist), we need the following ingredients: chicken fillet, mushrooms, onions, vegetable oil for frying, milk, sour cream, eggs, spices, cheese of hard varieties. Chicken, mushrooms and onion finely chopped and fried in oil until cooked, the resulting mass is put into tartlets. We beat one egg with 3 tablespoons of milk and 1 spoon of sour cream, pour this mixture into baskets over roasted meat with mushrooms. We drive in each tartlet with one quail egg, sprinkle with grated cheese and send it for 10-12 minutes in a well-heated oven. Snack - just lick your fingers.
