Two eggs are mixed with 300 g of milk, half of 300 g of stale white bread, sliced, is soaked in them. The obtained pieces are laid out on a greased baking tray, topped with sliced apples, sprinkled with sugar, and on them - again slices of bread, moistened in the egg-milk mixture on one side, dry side up. On top, you can grease charlotte with butter. Everything is baked at a temperature of 200C for about half an hour. After baking on top of the pie can be sprinkled with powdered sugar.

Also charlotte can be prepared and from crushed biscuits. In this case, 250 grams of crackers soaked in a glass of milk are mixed with raw eggs (2 pieces), ½ cup of sugar, finely chopped apples are added therein and baked in a lubricated form for half an hour at a temperature of 200 ° C. This is a very simple recipe, a charlotte with apples for which it will turn out very quickly, and, most importantly, delicious.

Thus, no matter what recipe we prepare a charlotte, it will certainly turn out delicious and aromatic and will certainly please those we want to treat it to. Even if it does not turn out to be pretty lush - so sometimes it happens, there will still be all of it with pleasure.
