Of course, most of us go to work only because of money. This means that additional funding is an excellent incentive. A person will do anything, just not to miss the rewards. Do not be shy to praise a person, alternately listing all his services to the team and the enterprise. Everyone in the soul will want to be in his place. Often the incentive is even a simple approval from the authorities. However, for such stimulation to work, the boss should not only be able to properly praise, but also be an authority, he must be respected, valued and even a little afraid.
