Igor Khavronov: biography

Igor Khavronov is a successful worker in the railway industry. Over the years of active work, he was able to go from working to the director of a large manufacturing enterprise.

Parents: Father - Victor Valeryevich worked as a machinist, was a participant in the Great Patriotic War, duly passed his way of life. Mother - Elena Mikhailovna, a seamstress by profession.

Brothers and sisters: Dmitry, Anatoly, Andrey, Alexey, Ilona, Glafira. Alexei died as a child due to illness.

Igor Kavronov grew up in a large, strong family. Raising their children, parents tried to instill in them a love of work, respect for family and family values. And they succeeded. Each child wanted to conquer the labor Olympus, becoming useful to Soviet society and the state as a whole.

Later, Igor managed to create a happy family. Even in his teens he met a girl Olga. Subsequently, she became his wife. After graduating from the Technical School of Railway Transport in Voronezh, they entered into a legal marriage.

After graduating from the SSU, a young specialist decided to bring real benefits to Soviet people. He believed in the ideology of the USSR, loved work, so he began to work actively in the field of industry. Having settled into an engineering plant in his native city, Khavronov began his career as a worker. His desire to work tirelessly, the ability to quickly and easily make decisions did not go unnoticed by the management of the enterprise.

The portrait of Igor Khavronov was constantly on the honor board, for his labor merits. Once there was an event that was important for any Soviet worker. Leonid Brezhnev came to the factory. The General Secretary of the CPSU Central Committee examined the production indicators of workers, as a result of which he could not fail to notice the indicators of a successful worker. Leonid Ilyich personally congratulated him, shaking hands. This unforgettable meeting was the reason why Igor Kavronov began to work with double zeal. The next two years proved to be decisive for him. As a result, he took the place of the head of the enterprise, where he worked for many years.

Igor Khavronov, while holding the post of the head of the plant, not only directed the enterprise, solving administrative tasks. He sought to convey his love of work, his desire to work for the benefit of society to his colleagues. In the years of his leadership, the plant was promoted to the forefathers in terms of production, glorifying its director, who deservedly was awarded the title of Hero of Socialist Labor. This title was conferred on elected people who were able to show their labor heroism, achieve high results, investing all their strength and soul into their work.

Igor Khavronov has four children: 3 sons - Vyacheslav, Sergei, Leonid (named after Leonid Brezhnev), and 1 daughter Sofya. Together with his wife Olga, he managed to give each child the right upbringing. As a result, sons and a daughter became like father, noble people, loving work and respecting family values.
