Spaghetti in creamy sauce with mushrooms

Spaghetti in a creamy sauce is prepared easily and quickly enough. After all, for such a second dish you only need affordable and inexpensive ingredients that you can buy at any store. And the result is a hearty and delicious lunch: quite often the mentioned spaghetti is served as a side dish for a meat or mushroom goulash.

How to cook spaghetti with cream sauce

Necessary ingredients for the second course:

  • Any fleshy mushrooms (oyster mushrooms, champignons, white, chanterelles, etc.) - 350 g;
  • Bulbs large - 2 pcs .;
  • Cream 30% - 350 ml;
  • Sour cream thick 30% fat content - 2 full glasses;
  • Walnuts peeled - 3 small handfuls;
  • Spaghetti from durum wheat (for example, TM "Makfa") - 1 whole package;
  • Cheese of any kind - 90 g;
  • Lemon juice - from half a ripe fruit;
  • Wheat flour - 3 small spoons (to thicken the sauce);
  • A mixture of aromatic peppers or other condiments - to taste;
  • Salt - at the discretion;
  • Sugar - 2 small spoons;
  • Sunflower oil - for frying (4-5 large spoons).

Processing of mushrooms

Fresh oyster mushrooms or other fleshy mushrooms must be rinsed in cool water, remove all unnecessary debris and wormholes (if any), and then chop into thin plates or small cubes.

Spaghetti in a creamy sauce can be made using different ingredients. However, from vegetables we take only 2 large bulbs. They should be rinsed, peeled off, and then cut into thin rings or quarters.

Preparation of creamy gravy

Fatty 30% cream should be poured into deep dishes and add to them 2 full glasses of thick sour cream. Mix both dairy ingredients with a handful of corn or a blender. Then to the mass, it is necessary to pour in wheat flour and whisk again.

Heat treatment:

Before making spaghetti in a creamy sauce, it is necessary to fry the chopped mushrooms together with the onion in a frying pan. Also the products should be flavored with sunflower oil, a mixture of aromatic peppers, table salt, grated walnuts and granulated sugar. Ingredients should be roasted on low heat for 20 - 30 minutes, and then pour them with creamy cream sauce and add hard cheese. After that, the contents of the frying pan must be brought to a boil and removed from the fire.

When the creamy gravy is completely ready, you should start to boil the spaghetti. To do this, the semi-finished product must be put in boiling water, salt and cook for no more than 5 - 10 minutes. Then spaghetti is to be thrown back in a colander, rinsed, scalded with boiling water and buttered to avoid gluing.

Correct feed to the table

Spaghetti in a creamy sauce should be served to guests in a hot form. To do this, boiled pasta is required to carefully put in a portion plate, and then pour them with sour creamy gravy with fleshy mushrooms. Also to the dish it is recommended to serve fresh vegetables, salad greens, parsley and dill.
