In itself, dry soya asparagus is of interest, its benefits are not lost in "dryness", but you will have to spend a few forces on it. The dry product must be soaked, the time it can take up to 6 hours, if you do this in cold water, and up to 2 hours in hot water. When the asparagus is soaked, put it in a colander, rinse a little. The resulting asparagus is cut into pieces 6 cm in length and put into a saucepan. We take a carrot and rub it on a large grater, if there is a food processor, you can use it. Carrots are mixed with rice vinegar and salt. When you stir carrots, lightly press on it, which will give it a more juicy taste. About twenty carrots should stand up to soak. Garlic finely chopped, you can use a press. Pour sesame oil (if there is no sesame oil, vegetable is suitable) in a frying pan, when the oil warms up, add the garlic and fry for about three minutes. In a saucepan with asparagus, add carrots, seasonings and fill everything with red-hot garlic oil. To cover everything well, cover and shake several times. Leave the hour at three and enjoy a wonderful salad.

Fried soya asparagus (its use is not lost) should be well soaked, then we thoroughly wash it and cut into 6 cm. We cook onions and carrots. In a frying pan pour the vegetable oil and fry for five minutes, carrots and onions. Add asparagus and spices, salt to taste, mix well and stew for about five minutes under the lid. Add the garlic, soy sauce and chopped greens and close the lid again so that the dish is soaked with the scent of herbs and spices. It is best to serve this dish with steamed rice.
